Tonight in Toronto a lot of music fans will be at the Wayne Shorter concert. (personally I will be coaching my son's hockey game)

However, if you like improvised music you should head over to Somewhere There
John Oswald, Rob Clutton and Eric Chenaux are performing tonight with turntablist Martin Tetrault.

There are three sets, the other two feature different players working with Martin. All the details should be on the Somewhere There website. It all starts at 8pm. (and is only $15)

Happy listening.

Looks like we found a name for our bluegrass trio. They didn't like my Corn Syrup Spa idea. Actually, we used it for our first gig this weekend and by the end the audience had even rejected it (but they loved our music)

Looks like we are going to be called the Shinhackers.

I am not sure what it means or where it comes from but...isn't there some word like that to describe when you had to much to drink ie. "he was shinhackered!" haha....
